    Protect the President was one of the lesser known themes and the least played before all the themes got deleted. KoolrideR originally made it, however, he is no longer found on mafia, so I told Saltopus that I would recreate the theme. I've always been a fan of the theme, because the name is so funny, and I tried to advertise it a little back in those days, but no one liked it.

    Now, I recreated this theme, adding the new elements that has been added to mafia, along with KoolrideR's original ideas, to create a new theme I hope will become successful.

    EDIT: So, I just edited some stuff everyone was saying about terrorists being on the village side, and I made failChances on the Security and terrorist commanders. I combined the terrorist commander's kills and gave them 3 kills to use together. Also, I didn't update KoolrideR's role descriptions, which were his ideas.

    Also, I recently took into account that I will need someone to /end the game if it gets down to all the supporters and civilians. What do you guys suggest?

    I can't see it outside of a noobkilling game. I like the idea of a Protect the President, but it can't be one if the President can while the game go on. Reject. Btw, since Koolrider is gone, you can take the theme and fix it if you want.

    Actually, I like the idea of this theme. A theme of chaos that runs rampant. But yes, it is a bit of a noobkilling game.

    ... But the nostalgia.

    I remember there was an updated version to this theme. It wasn't much of a noobkilling game and had a bit more strategy.

    This really isn't what should be included in a help message - saying it sucks to be a role =/

    EDIT: And in a full game, there will be 3 Security daykills, 1 Terrorist Leader daykill, 1 Police kill, 1 Terrorist kill, and 4 Terrorist Commander kills (since there would be two). I think this is too much.
    Also, at 17 players, the first game with roles2, there are already 3 Security and 1 Terrorist Leader, resulting in 4 daykills .-.

    Reject this theme because of rampant chaos. I encourage you to retouch and edit it though, the concept could be quite nice.

    Reject. This is because although it is a great concept, it's just too chaotic. No one knows each other, and stuff like that. Its killing is a reskin of ClanWar except you can't really claim... In addition to this most games the President dies early on, and you're left to your own devices, which sorta beats the point of Protect the President games. You can try an edited version that contains more strategy, but this one I am rejecting.

    Ok. I made changes, and I got a few things I'd like to say:

    When the President dies, its game over. I think this is fair, since there's another theme, "Space Invaders", that got accepted, where if the lead cannon (something like that) dies, then the game is over.
    Don't say its a good concept. I know it is, which is why I adopted the theme in the first place. I don't need another 10 posts saying the same thing. Also, its too many words to read. I feel guilty taking credit when its really KoolrideR that came up with this idea.
    The most important edit I made is lowering the kills per round to about 9 in a full game and 4 in a game of 20 people. (it becomes 6 after the 21st joins) I took time to compare it to default, which has 7 kills per round (FCM, IM, conspirator, vigil, samurai, gfx2) with just 4 more people added to 20. (24 people) with the ww, it becomes 8 kills at 27 player, so 9 kills in my theme with 31 players seems fair to me.
    I limited the amount of kills that the security can do within a game. Its supposed to be 2 per game.

    Anyways, how many more rejects do I need before this thread gets locked? So far, I have 4, but maybe 5, since PokeWorldBW looked like he wanted to reject it but he forgot to put it there. Is it 6 rejects in order for this thread to get locked?

    Now that we have a critiquing forum, you should probably repost this there so you can pick up ideas on how to improve on the theme. It seems you got discouraged by the number of declines and stopped working on it so I'm having it closed. Use the critiquing forum to build the theme the way you envisioned then feel free to come back here for a verdict.
