There are two stats on the OU Usage Stats that could be interesting. Whilst you people are talking about banning Hydreigon, there are these two guys who look like they're about two drop:
    Haxorus 3.96953 30024
Haxorus has a massive base 147 Attack, higher than Hydreigon's Special Attack, and has ways of boosting both that and its Speed through Dragon Dance. Mold Breaker means that even Bronzong can't safely switch in on Earthquake. This and Outrage/Dragon Claw have perfect coverage on all but Skarmory, which isn't dropping to UU any time soon.
    Kyurem-B 1.92699 14575
Although this lacks a decent way of both boosting its stats, and of breaking through Steel types without going mixed, when you look at base 170 attack and a BST of 700, which was questionable even in OU to begin with, this thing looks like it could wreck the UU tier. And while it looks like it's weak on the Special side, it's Special Attack is only 5 points lower than Hydreigon, the current top threat in the tier. While it does have to resort to Hidden Power Fire, or even Ground, this can still do a lot of damage.

Although it is NU, Magneton is still allowable in the tier, and DragMag can let both of these, but especially Kyurem, destroy. With both of these two Dragons looking like they're dropping at the current time, I can predict a massive spike in usage of Magnet Pullers and/or Steel types. However, even Steels have issues with Haxorus. Here are the sets that I grabbed from the Usage Stats could be the most threatening. In both cases, the first one involves setting up and the second set is a Choiced set:

    Haxorus:
Haxorus @ Lum Berry Lv. 100 -- Mold Breaker
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd
    - Earthquake
    - Outrage
    - Brick Break
    - Dragon Dance

    Haxorus @ Choice Band/Scarf Lv. 100 -- Mold Breaker
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 36 HP / 252 Atk / 220 Spd OR 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    - Earthquake
    - Outrage
    - Brick Break
    - Dual Chop[/HIDE]
    Kyurem-B:
    Kyurem-B @ Leftovers Lv. 100 -- Teravolt
    Nature: Adamant
    EVs: 56 HP / 252 Atk / 200 Spd
    - Substitute
    - Dragon Claw
    - Hone Claws
    - Fusion Bolt

    Kyurem-B @ Choice Scarf/Band Lv. 100 -- Teravolt
Nature: Anything that boosts Atk/Spd and reduces SAtk, or a defense if HP Fire is used
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    - Outrage
    - Dragon Claw
    - Freeze Shock/HP Fire
    - Fusion Bolt[/HIDE]

To put things in perspective here, Neutral 252 EV Kyurem-B at +1 has double the Attack stat of a fully invested base 100. Haxorus' Outrage has similar power to that of Hydreigon's Draco Meteor, and when you consider that Hax can boost it's Attack even further... yea, that's gonna be only slightly broken. So, when you've finished deciding whether or not to ban Hydreigon, just remember that two other even more powerful Dragons are just about to drop. What do you think is going to happen with them? Should they be allowed? Do you think they should be banned without testing? I'm not too sure if that can happen, although I don't think it'll take much time to put KyuB up into BL.

I made the same misconception on those, but yeah what Machineae and Wander said are true.
