    This is my first Wiki Analysis; I might be, and Probably will fail in some areas, but please correct me with this, because as I said, this is my first time :)

    ==General==:
    *90/95/90 Defenses are amazing
    *Amazing Defensive Typing to wall many threats for the tier.
    *Gets a viable boosting move in the name of Bulk Up.
    *Amazing ability in Water Absorb.
    *Moves such as Focus Punch, Substitute, and Waterfall give it an offensive presence.

    ==Set 1(RestTalk)==:
    (Poliwrath) (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Relaxed Nature (+Def, -Spd)
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk
    - Circle Throw
    - Scald

    Set Comments:
    *Bulk allows it to Stay alive for a long time.
    *Works incredibly well with Entry Hazards such as Stealth Rocks, and Spikes due to being able to consistently phaze opponents.
    *Typing let's it come in on lots of Pokemon, and force them out.
    *Burn Chance from Scald lets it cripple Pokemon consistently throughout the match

    ==Set 2(SubBU)==:
    (Poliwrath) (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 160 HP / 252 Atk / 96 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Waterfall
    - Bulk Up/Encore

    Set Comments:
    *Numerous resistances allow it to Set up a Substitute very easily.
    *Hits very hard despite an 85 Attack.
    *After a few boosts, Poliwrath becomes a monster.
    *Encore can help set up Substitutes even easier.
    *Has Two Amazing STAB's to attack with.
    *Forces a lot of Switches, so can hit an unprotected Focus Punch quite easily.

    ==Set 3(Specs)==:
    (Poliwrath) (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Water Absorb
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Focus Blast
    - Ice Beam
    - Hydro Pump
    - Vacuum Wave

    Set Comments:
    *Hits hard with amazing STABs.
    *Gets Priority in Vacuum Wave.
    *Great Bulk lets it have Longetivity.
    *Has a great Element of Surprise for people expecting Defensive or Sub BU.
    *Has decent coverage.
    *Hits Tangrowth especially with Ice Beam; usually a top Switch-In for Poliwrath

    ==Other Options==:

    *Body Slam could be used to Paralyse threats that come in, especially things that like to go into it, however it is only slightly viable on the RestTalk set, and that set needs it's slots.
    *You could run a Choice Band set with: Waterfall/Low Sweep/Ice Punch/Return, however this set is completely outclassed by other Pokemon.
    *Counter is possible, but since Poliwrath has solid defense, Counter is really useless in a sense.
    *Low Sweep could be used to hit Heavy things, but all the Heavy Pokemon in LU are usually Steelix and Aggron, both countered by Poliwrath either way.
    *A Rain Dance/Swift Swim set is viable, however Poliwrath has much better sets to utilise.
    *Earthquake could be used to hit Lanturn.
    *A Belly Drum Set could be used, however it will get revenged easily, and since Poliwrath's only Priority is Vacuum Wave, it doesn't outspeed much.
    *On the RestTalk set, you could run 100 Speed EV's to outspeed other Poliwrath's.
    *Toxic could be used to cripple walls like Tangrowth, and Alomomola.
    *Hypnosis could be used on the Sub BU set to help set up subs faster.
    *Ice Punch can be used on the SubBU set to hit Grass Switch-In's

    ==Checks and Counters==:

    *Tangrowth is the biggest counter to Wrath unless it is a Specs Set.
    *Slowking shut's it down; reduces it's STAB's to nothing.
    *Lanturn walls the Specs set, and can break the Substitute of the SUB BU set with Volt Switch.
    *Sceptile can come in on it, and retaliate with a strong move, but like Tangrowth, needs to be wary of Ice Beam, but also Circle Throw too.
    *Rotom-C ^
    *Rotom Can too however, it can't come in on it.
    *Scyther can hit with an Aerial Ace, but has to be careful if Ice Beam.
    *Gallade has near to enough Bulk to hit it hard aswell, and wall it. Sub BU Gallade always beats it 1 on 1, and Scald is a bad way to counter it as it's commonly seen with a Lum Berry.
    *Manectric and Galvantula can both come in and Revenge kill it.

    Thats my first Skeleton. :] I was kinda in a hurry making this however, so I might've forgotten a few Counters. Thanks for reading, and leave suggestions~

    Nice analysis! Idk much about Poliwrath but here are my thoughts:-

    RestTalk:
    You could mention Toxic over Scald, if the users teams is kind of a stallish team, ToxicShuffle tactics are cool.
    Might wanna note that things such as Manectric can come in to revenge kill if Poliwrath is on low enough health.
    You could put 100 Speed EVs on Poliwrath instead, to outspeed other Poliwraths!

    Other Options:
    Mention a Belly Drum set, saying that it can work but can get revenge killed easy.
    Hypnosis could be worth noting too, allowing other Pokémon setting up and sweep, but mention its low accuracy.

    Not bad for a first analysis. Apart from a few grammar problems (mostly with apostrophes), you've more or less got it.

    In terms of the sets, I'd personally put the Bulk Up one first, as it's the one with the most utility imo. Waterfall could be slashed after Scald on the ResTalk set if you need a reliable, solid move. Ice Punch probably needs a mention somewhere too, as it's a great, albeit underpowered coverage option - even if Poliwrath can never find room for it. xD

    Thanks A_17 :)

    Spoovo:

    The reason I put the Defensive set first, is because that is Poliwrath's niche; to phaze, and stuff. It is also the most common set for Wrath. Ice Punch I added right now, I slashed Waterfall, although not the best idea. Thanks a lot for the feedback though :), and believe it or not, I'm learning placement for apostraphies in English, so Please forgive me on that~

    I don't think moving the BU set to the top slot is a good idea. The main reason Poliwrath is used in LU is because of the RestTalk set. It has to run Scald and Circle Throw, otherwise it can't really do its job of threatening everything physical with either a burn or phazing damage. Its doesn't really have to hit hard or do damage since it can Circle Throw away anything that tries to set-up against it.

    I'd replace Waterfall with Toxic in the final moveslot because the use of that moveslot is not to deal damage, but to inflict status. Whether that'd be crippling physical attackers with burn from Scald, or crippling other bulky Pokemon with Toxic, that's the player's choice

    For C&C bulky ghost types such as Dusknoir and Spiritomb need a mention, as they are immune to Fighting STAB and can cripple it with burn (unless running SubPunch, where they still don't take much damage). Sigilyph can also wall any move and has many choices, such as hitting it back with STAB, Psycho Shifting a burn, or setting up Cosmic Power.

    tbh waterfall probably doesn't need a slash on the first set as scald is a far better option, agreeing with xdevo that the physically defensive set should be first as it's easily the best set.

    Xdevo was bang on with the statement, and Thanks NB :)

    Epik Tomb is hardly a counter to Poliwrath. Dusknoir is ok I guess; not really a Counter.

    They're not hard counters, but they can check it, as they are immune to wrath's Fighting STAB, which is also its phazing move, can wall Waterfall and can cripple its Attack stat with Will-O-Wisp

    ^ Yeah, as long as QC people are happy with it, it's generally good to be uploaded. Tyki's the QC leader and he's happy, so if no other QCs can nitpick at it too much, it's good to be uploaded.

    Yeah, you might as well. No idea where Luca's gone, but no activity on here for two straight months would imply a lack of interest.
