[BW2] LU Subforum Tournament - Round Two

    This is going to a standard LU tournament with one exception. The combination of Baton Pass and Shell Smash will not be banned. This means our favorite fish, Gorebyss and Huntail, are once again viable. All battles will be best of three. All other standard clauses will apply, and nothing else will be unbanned. The winner of this tour will receive massive bragging rights and a coloured usertitle. This Tour is to help test the effects of SmashPass in LU. One thing to note: if people refuse to use or test the SmashPass users, I will assume they aren't broken and will have to give them a test on the actual ladder.
