Approved by Coyotte508 We would like to have popular sets made in the teambuilder and saved in the boxes so people can easily download them and quickly make teams out of them without the hassle of altering all the EVs, ability, and such just to match smogon sets. This was something we got from shoddy battle and we thought it was a great idea. If you like this idea and would like to help out, we’d love to have you, so feel free to comment and volunteer. Another good idea for this, also, is to look at the usage stats of the 1v1 pokemon and find some good ones that you like. To do this, just go to the teambuilder, make the pokemon you want in the teambuilder, complete with EVs, IVs, ability, etc. and store in the box section of the teambuilder. Preferably, you’ll want to post all of the same pokemon in one box and rename the box to match the pokemon and tier you’re doing. When you’re done with that, go to “Boxes” inside the Pokemon Online folder and zip the box that has your pokemon inside it. Upload that and PM ME THE LINK. DO NOT POST IN THE THREAD. Even then, a filled .box file usually takes up less than 20 KB, so it's not a huge space investment either. (an empty .box has a size of 15 bytes, each pokemon added to the box takes up about 600 more bytes) In other words, doing some gross overestimation, if every OU poke had 10 sets and there were 50 pokemon in OU, the boxes would take up 1.2 MB

We should have a list of what sets are done so that for example if there's already a CB Scizor set in the box but someone neglected to add Swords Dance then that could be picked up on more easily. I might be able to do some Gen V stuff.
Really now? The reason the Gen 4 become so stale was because everybody used the same teams directly from Smogon, instead of building their own from scratch and seeing what combos worked for them. The reason Gen 5 is so nice now is that trends come from seeing how other people play, rather than a web-page with the same three movesets on. If this idea does get implemented can we please have an option to not battle these teams?
Yeah, I totally agree here. I don't see why we should have a giant database of teams to choose from, because then everybody would use the same mass produced garbage teams all over again. Good idea though, its just that doing this would take the fun out've building your own teams from scratch.
This sentence is contradicting, but what ever. Also, The box gives newcomers a base to start from instead of throwing them into the cold water, and it's not like you're forced to use it. I don't see how this would harm anyone.

No clue what sets are in there -yet-, but I understand they have basically all non-legendaries and all pre-evo's covered. Would that help?
