Stantler and Jumpluff feel like ultimate forgotten pokemon to me. Mainly because Gamefreak stopped giving a fuck about them or doing anything interesting or particularly new with them pretty much after gen 2. Stantler got hit with the "forgotten" bat the most hard, mainly due to similar but better pokemon being introduced and it having 0 niche anywhere ever. Jumpluff did get a slight SDef buff (why?) and its movepool has gradually gotten slightly better but its only niche it had since gen 2 got stolen last gen. At least it has the neat SD Acro set but... well that's not even usable in XY so what has it even got? :( Luckily almost no pokemon get forgotten by the anime because they have to pad out 2953849803259023 episodes.
Finneon and Lumineon. Seriously do these things ever show up... anywhere? Girafarig. No one remembers Girafarig, and it has such a cool name too. Girafarig.
Competitively, a good number of BL Pokemon tend to be forgotten. Last gen, Pokes like Froslass, Wobbuffet, Staraptor, and Kyurem were banished from UU but were never seen in OU, forever destined to rot in limbo between tiers.
Dunsparce is so forgettable that it's ironically become something of a mascot (Well, as close as you can get) for shitty pokemon in need of an evolution or something. So there's that. Wtf is Cherrim Oh, forgot things like Grumpig and Hypno... mediocre psychic types that don't quite cut it defensively and don't really have any other niches to fill.
R.I.P. Delibird competitively speaking obv at least gf gave it back spikes (why'd you ever remove spikes from delibird that's the worst thing gf has ever done, gf is evil) also what the fuck are a Elgyem or a Purugly
Just naming a few: - Ledian. The worst of the bugs a.k.a the worst of the worst. - Magcargo. Unique typing, one of the best offensively actually, could make good use of Shell Smash if its SpA stat wasn't worse than Omanyte. Terrible stats. It also evolves incredibly late for the shit it is. - Corsola. Classic feminin pokémon that comes out every single gen and sucks. - Delcatty. Classic feminin pokémon that comes out every single gen and sucks. - The Gen 5 cactus. Cacturne, already pretty bad, wins 10-0 in every aspect. Yeah I think we absolutely needed an even worse cactus.

numel and beedrill the forgotten. Beedrill is misunderstood for being weak. i had beat leafgreen with only a beedrill. numel didn't get the evo it should have got. what r those things on its back when it evos... valcanos really! I think numel is a lot better than its evo. I even beat the game on diamond with a numel i hatchef at the bigining and didn't evo it and beat it with it.
Armaldo. I loved this pokémon in Gen 3 yet it gets no love :( Sure it has a bad typing Rock/Bug but it has a cool design.
Miltank reminds me my old G/S/C days.With decent speed, it's attack is good, it's just a great well rounded Pokemon and now its often forgotten. RIP
I saw an Aipom in the wild in ORAS, and I realised I forgot about its existence. It used to be one of my favourite Pokemon too.
