    Palkia
    [IMG]

    - One of the more safer Ogre switch-ins even with an offensive spread thanks to the slight Gen 6 power nerf in Thunder, Surf, Ice Beam and good typing
    - 120/150 Offences, good STABs, and limitless movepool.
    - 100 is speed above average in Ubers, outpacing many base 90-99 that roam the tier.
    - No recovery to abuse outside of Rest
    - Frail on the physical side.
    - Walled by many Bulky forms of Arceus.
    - All in one, a good Pokemon that patches up weak points of many teams.

    Offensive
    [IMG]
Palkia @ Lustrous Orb / Leftovers / Assault Vest
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spacial Rend
    - Thunder / Thunder Wave / Roar
    - Fire Blast / Draco Meteor
    - Hydro Pump / Surf

    - Lustrous boosts power, and Leftovers allow longevity
    - The addition of Assault Vest in the metagame allows Palkia to tank anything from Specs Ogres while dishing back with powerful attacks.
    - Spacial Rend is main STAB, but Draco Meteor can be used for extra power.
    - Thunder nails Kyogres, and carries a nice chance of paralysis, Thunder Wave paralyzes,
    - Fire Blast can beat Ferro/Forry, but if that's not needed then Dragon Tail can be used in conjunction with Draco Meteor to surprise Specially Defensive Dialga-switch ins, as a Spacial Rend + Draco Meteor will nearly always KO it.
    - Hydro Pump is stronger, but Surf is usable as it does not miss.

    Choice Specs
    [IMG]
    Palkia @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spacial Rend
    - Thunder
    - Draco Meteor / Fire Blast
    - Hydro Pump

    - Strong Power
    - Heavy prediction required as fairies now ignore Spacial rend
    - Hydro pump in rain can 2HKO Ferrothorn at around 80percent below counting leftovers
    - Draco Meteor 1HKOs Groudon
    - Thunder to deal with specially defensive/cm Kyogre
    - Modest not recommended since Palkia no longer outpaces key threats

    Bulky Tank
    [IMG]
    Palkia @ Leftovers
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 252 HP / 80 SDef / 176 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spacial Rend
    - Roar / Rest
    - Rest / Thunder Wave / Toxic / Fire Blast
    - Surf / Hydro Pump

    - With Latias's Soul Dew currently unavailable, Bulky Palkia becomes one of the more reliable bulky dragons to be switching into Ogre.
    - Specs Thunder from Timid Ogre only manages a 3HKO with lefties, while 176 spd allows it to run over positive base 90s with maximum investment.
    - Thunder Wave used to paralyze, Fire Blast for forry/ferro and Rest can be used with cleric support. Toxic cripples many Arceus forms.
    - Roar can phaze anything that tries to setup on kia.
    - Surf is good STAB that does not miss, but Hydro can be used for more power.

    Choice Scarf
    [IMG]
    Palkia @ Choice Scarf
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid / Naive Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Spacial Rend / Draco Meteor
    - Thunder
    - Fire Blast / Sleep Talk / Outrage
    - Hydro Pump

    - Similar to the last set, but now acting as a revenge killer in exchange for longevity
    - Outpaces many opposing Scarfers like Zekrom, genesect, Xerneas, Yveltal,
    - Draco Meteor mighty, and Spacial good for cleanups. Draco Meteor can leave Palkia a setup bait however
    - Hydro Pump is necessary since it needs all the power it can get
    - Thunder and Fire Blast for coverage.
    - Sleep talk to switch into Darkrai, Outrage to kill off physically weaker setup sweepers such as Mewtwo. If then, Naive would be better.

    Good Partners
    - Groudon, Ho-oh, Palkia has been having fun alongside each other for quite some time.
    - Pokemons that lure Kyogre such as Arceus ghost, rock, ground, reshiram...
    - steel types that carry enough bulk to tank dragon-moves aimed at Palkia
    - Kyogre itself can bring rain to buff up Palkia's attacks, but no notable synergy

    Other Options
    - Toxic to cripple Arceus forms
    - Physical attacker with a choice of outrage, iron tail, aqua tail, dragon claw, dragon tail, focus punch, earthquake available
    - Substitute and Life Orb are good, but they take a large toll on its ability to switch into Ogres. SubPunch can be used to dent Dialga switches and Chansey/Blissey.

    Checks and Counters
    - RestTalk Xerneas, Sylveon, Clefable - Specially Defensive Fairy types in general. Keep in mind that all gets the 2hko under Rain if against Specs
    - Specially Defensive Dialga can paralyze it or 1HKO it while not being 2HKO by any of Palkia's sets bar specs spacial rend and meteor
    - Ho-oh checks under sun only.
    - Physical priority in Sucker Punch and Extreme Speed
    - Specially Defensive Arceus forms that take neutral damage
    - Lugia if not raining (or Specs)
    - Chansey (and blissey)

This looks alright. I don't really agree on some of the slashes though. The first set should look like this imo:
Palkia @ Lustrous Orb / Leftovers / Assault Vest
    Trait: Pressure
    EVs: 4 Def / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Draco Meteor
    - Thunder / Thunder Wave / Roar
    - Fire Blast
    - Hydro Pump

Assault Vest isn't all that good on the offensive set and Lustruous Orb should definitely be the first slash. Dragon Tail is pretty bad with Fairies around and phasing Xerneas' as it tries to set up is a great feeling. Thunder Wave is very annoying to all kinds of mons, but the main target is again Xerneas. Thunder is the most expendable move because Spacial Rend already bothers Ogre, as does Thunder Wave. Lum is an item that's only rarely useful, Leftovers is much more useful even on offensive sets. Draco Meteor turns you into set up fodder very fast, and afaik it doesn't get any important kills so it doesn't deserve more than a mention.

Honestly I really don't like Choice Scarf Palkia as it's just weak, it becomes set up fodder and it doesn't even do a very good job at revenging things like CM Mewtwo. Drop it to the last set or delete it all together imo, but i'll let other QC chime in on that.

Specs looks alright, except Draco Meteor should be slashed in front of Spacial Rend and Fire Blast should go over Sleep Talk. Sleep Talk should just be removed all together with the change in Sleep mechanics it's not worth it.

The bulky set really Toxic in there somewhere, and Rest should be one of the primary options. Ideally, Palkia would use Surf (more pp, more reliable, just better than HPump on this Palkia)/Spacial Rend/Toxic and Rest, but Thunder Wave, Fire Blast and Roar are all great options as well. It really depends on what your team needs more, so idk how you're going to slash all of that.

Mention SubPunch explicitly in OO as well, but other than that there isn't much to mention there. Say how Life Orb boosts Thunder and Fire Blast whereas Lustruous Orb doesn't, but the latter is still almost always the better choice. OH AND TR PALKIA is decent I guess.

Remove Ho-Oh from C&C since it's a check at best in Sun. Add bulky Fairies such as Sylveon, Clefable, ResTalk Xerneas and Fairyceus. Dialga fears Lustruous and Choice Specs boosted STABs and it can only switch in once at best, so I'd list it as a good check. Physical priority is very unspecific as Palkia isn't that frail Defensively that it'll falter to one of those attacks. Bulky Arceus who aren't weak to one of its coverage moves like Dark, Fighting and Ghost are great checks too.

Scarf should be dropped underneath yep. It's still usable, so let's not leave it out.

Even with the sleep mechanics, I think Sleep Talk is still viable on Choice mons to have something to get Darkrai, but yeah it should only be on Scarf since it can then outpace Darkrai and most likely kill it.

How about slashing Outrage with Naive on Scarf set to help revenge CM Mewtwo's more easily?

Finally, Haban Berry should be slashed as well on OO

Also, Zoro, 90/100 physical bulk is kinda low by Ubers standards especially when uninvested.
For example, SS/LO Extreme Speed from Adamant Ekiller 2hko without boosts.
Main user of Sucker Punch in Ubers is Yveltal, and if it's physically based it will likely oneshot with some minuscule prior damage and LO. Even if it's not, it will deal heavy damage to it.

    0 Atk Life Orb Dark Aura Yveltal Sucker Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Palkia: 188-224 (58.3 - 69.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO
    252 Atk Life Orb Dark Aura Yveltal Sucker Punch vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Palkia: 230-270 (71.4 - 83.8%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

The only physical priority not mentioned there seems to be Bullet punch where Scizor had no business agains palkia anyways, and... Mach punch, which never sees usage alongside Aqua Jet.
(tho, mysterion's breloom is pretty awesome)

Draco Meteor + Spacial Rend can beat up lots of its common switch-ins like Dialga or Lugia. So I think it could be an option especially alongside Roar.

Regarding the bulky set... I don't know too much so Zoro's prolly right. Haven't tested that one (yet).

Looks good enough to me. Do mention how T-wave semi checks geomancy Xerneas as most of them switch into Palkia, and thus could be used on an offensive Palkia too, if the team can't afford an all out Xerneas check(mostly a HO team).

Hi sasha! regarding the most viable set, rest+toxic with lefties is standard and easy to fit on any team. It checks all Kyogre variants and fucks over Arceus-formes with Toxic.

Sdef Palkia is also very good, it usually runs rest/sleep talk/toxic/surf with calm nature. It really shits on Arceus-formes.

Lustkia not as viable as ever but it should have its own set, Draco/Rend, Hpump, Fire Blast, Dragon Tail/Thunder are usually the preffered moves. It is the only Palkia set you can consider assault vest on, since specially defensive or standard sets appreciate being able to throw toxics and being able to heal with rest.
