    HP: 95
    Attack: 75
    Defense: 110
    Sp.Atk: 100

    Sp.Def: 80
    Speed: 30

    =General=
    - Unique typing, giving it good resistances and bad weaknesses
    - Its great HP and Defense allow Slowbro to wall powerful physical attackers such as Mega Medicham and Terrakion
    - Good Special Attack and decent Special Defense
    - Low Attack and Speed
    - Access to one of the best abilities in Regenerator, allowing Slowbro to heal 33% of its health upon switching
    - Access to reliable recovery in Slack Off
    - Extemely wide movepool
    - Weak to Volt Switch and U-Turn
    - Affected by all hazards

    =Physically Defensive=
    Slowbro (M) @ Leftovers / Rocky Helmet
    Trait: Regenerator
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Scald
    - Psyshock / Fire Blast
    - Calm Mind / Toxic / Thunder Wave
    - Slack Off

    - Scald provides STAB and a 30% burn chance
    - Psyshock is its second STAB, helps Slowbro win Calm Mind wars vs Suicune if it chooses to run Calm Mind over Toxic or Thunder Wave
    - Toxic or Thunder Wave are used to spread status
    - Slack Off is a very important move in this set as it heals 50% health
    - Leftovers provides recovery
    - Rocky Helmet is useful to rack up damage on physical attackers, especially ones that have U-Turn such as Victini, Darmanitan and Mienshao

    =Choice Specs=
    Slowbro (M) @ Choice Specs
    Trait: Regenerator
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
    Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
    - Surf / Scald
    - Psyshock / Fire Blast
    - Ice Beam
    - Grass Knot / Trick / Focus Blast

    - Hits 492 Special Attack with Choice Specs
    - Surf is Slowbro's strongest Water STAB
    - Scald can be used over Surf to spread burns
    - Psyshock is its Psychic STAB
    - Ice Beam hits Dragon types like Zygarde, Hydreigon, Latias and Salamence
    - Fire Blast can be used to hit Grass types like Shaymin, as well as Jirachi, Metagross and Magnezone
    - Grass Knot hits opposing Water types such as Blastoise and Suicune
    - Trick can be used to cripple walls like opposing Calm Mind Slowbro or Suicune
    - Focus Blast can be used to hit Steel types like Empoleon and Magnezone, Umbreon, also lands the OHKO on Hydreigon

    =Offensive Trick Room=
    Slowbro (M) @ Life Orb / Leftovers
    Trait: Regenerator
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
    IV: 0 Speed
    Quiet Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
    - Surf / Scald
    - Psyshock / Fire Blast
    - Ice Beam
    - Trick Room

    - Very fast in Trick Room
    - Life Orb gives it a 30% boost in power
    - Surf is Slowbro's strongest Water STAB
    - Scald can be used over Surf to spread burns
    - Psyshock is its Psychic STAB
    - Ice Beam hits Dragon types like Zygarde, Hydreigon, Latias and Salamence
    - Trick Room is the main move of the set, allows Slowbro to outspeed everything

    =Other Options=
    - Assault Vest can be used to take on a few Special attackers such as Alakazam, Nidoking, Special Victini etc
    - Future Sight also be used on the Choice Specs set to attack while doing other things
    - Disable, Yawn, Magic Coat, Amnesia, Iron Defense can all work

    =Checks & Counters=
    -
C&Cs vary on the set that is used
    - Hydreigon checks all Slowbro sets especially if it carries Roost, only fears Focus Blast or Ice Beam from the Choice Specs set and hits back with Dark Pulse
    - Empoleon only fears Focus Blast from the Choice Specs set or a burn from Scald and can stop Calm Mind with Roar or attack with Grass Knot
    - Umbreon with Toxic can beat all Slowbro sets, only fears Trick or Focus Blast
    - Latias with Toxic or Trick can also beat all Slowbro sets, only fears Trick (if not choiced) or Ice Beam, loses to Calm Mind if it lacks Toxic or Trick
    - Grass types like Celebi or Shaymin can kill Slowbro however they fear Ice Beam / Fire Blast from the Choice Specs set
    - Any Pokemon with a powerful super-effective hit can check Slowbro
    - Any Pokemon with Toxic can wear down Slowbro

    overview:
    • get rid of low attack since no one is going to be using physical slowbro
    physically defensive:
    • slash fire blast next to psyshock to hit steels like magnezone on switch in and still be able to hit grasses super effective like roserade, also hit's forretress as it tries to volt switch out or set up
    • Also slash surf next to scald incase if you accidentally get burns w/ scald when u need it paralyzed or toxic'd
    specs:
    • I would actually put fire blast slashed next to psyshock again and have ice beam be a stand alone move since psyshock doesn't hit much of the tier besides from florges and all the things weak to psychic in the tier have a sub type that slowbro can hit with a coverage move either way. (Just look at the usage stats in the uu tier if you don't believe me)
    • Focus blast is there to hit dark types not steel types lol, mention umbreon and hydreigon first and then some of the steels

    trick room:
    • Once again slash fire blast next to psyshock
    • put lefties as a usable item incase if survivability is needed against threats like mega medicham
    c&c:
    • 1st off hydreigon can't be considered a counter if it gets murked by specs ice beams or focus blasts, its a very good check but not a counter
    • Any Pokemon with a powerful Special Attack can check Slowbro
    • Also no mention of electric types :[
    • Finally say that defensive sets can are a lot easier to play against initially then offensive sets however in the longrun the defensive set is harder to play against since the offensive set is prone to be 2hko'd by a lot more things than the defensive set, and offensive sets are easier to play around against since you know what kind of set they are

made all changes, meant to say hydregion checks* not counters, electric types fall under pokemon with powerful super-effective attacks

probably wouldn't bother slashing Surf since the Burn chance Scald offers in generally more useful, other than that approved.
