[ORAS] ORAS NU Teambuilding Compendium (Updated)

Welcome to the updated ORAS NU Teambuilding Compendium.

The goal of this thread is to provide a visual list of which Pokémon does what in the ORAS NU metagame. This compendium contains basic structures for teams and an array of possible mons for specific roles, to help newcomers and veterans alike in building successful and more diverse teams in the ORAS NU tier.

In this compendium you will find the pokemon divided into sub-sections depending on their role, making it easy to navigate your way to the type of pokemon you need. Do note that not every pokemon in the NU tier has been included, only those which I believe to be viable or have some sort of niche in the tier have been listed. If there is a Pokémon which is not listed and can perform well in a certain role, please feel free to post about it and it will be added. Also any advice about improving the compendium is welcome, so keep the inputs coming!

I think vivillion should be in dedicated leads aswell we all know what it does with sleep powder and q dance.

 

Had to one up me with the tables, I see how it is

 

Updated the compendium with all the tier changes. Make sure you post if you think something is missing!

 

Maybe pawniard as a set up sweeper, priority, and even stealth rock setter.

 

Froslass should be removed from dedicated leads cause it moved up.

I honestly don't know how I feel about Vivillon being in the Dedicated Lead section. I personally think it's way too telegraphed and can put it loads of work outside of the lead spot if you can keep Rocks away. Basically like a Volc of NU.

Masquerain needs to be added to the Quiver Dance user list, as well as the dedicated lead spot imo. Getting Web up and Quiver Passing from the lead spot is probably its best use.

Nasty Plot Houndoom to Special Wallbreakers.

I honestly think Specs Jynx is really bad and should never be used but I don't have a good reason to take it down outside of personal preference.
