When you say, like, +2 Timid Bellossom, that assumes its got a +2 speed boost, correct? If so, I think it would be better off if you only said +1/+2 for the pokemon who get moves that boost their speed. We can all pass speed with Ariados/Beedrill/Aipom/Ledian, but if we assume that we are, why not just make +6 speed tiers, after all?

Speed tiers aren't really useful for me (too complicated for my pea-sized brain :P), but I can appreciate the work that went into making this. Thanks archer!

Juggler, the ones I have put +1/+2 are the ones you are going to see in the NU adv tier, such as Salac Mightyena or Salac Raticate.
+2 Normally means Swift Swim is active or Chylorophyll

Is Glalie missing from that list on purpose? If not, it should probably be added.

Ah yes, sorry. I will add that. I went down a list of all NU pokémon. I must have missed it by accident

If A +1 raticate outspeeds a +2 luvdisc with 0 speed, you may want to add 48 speed +2 Luvdisc (or whatever the bare minimum is for raticate to outspeed +2luvdisc), so people know what to use when playing this metagames

Well, they can see the speed for luvdisc, and adjust the speed on their Raticate. Yes I could put it, but I think it is better for them to work that out.

I might be blind, but I don't see Agility Chan anywhere.

I've added that. Who uses Agility Chan though?
