Best Of Battles [Quarterfinals]

Introduction...
Everyone here is a master of one tier or another. But players who are master of LC, LU etc. tiers are at a disadvantage as these tiers have hardly any tournaments on forums. So this is the best place to show-off your skills in your best tier. This tournament will have any tier you want to play. You heard it right, you will play the tier you want to play.

General Rules...
Best of 3 battle.
Round 1 last between 8 to 14 days (Will be ended on Sunday for convenience).
Other rounds last 7 days.
If you think you opponent has cheated/lied, give me the logs and if its true, you opponent will be removed from the tour.
If matches doesn't end in time, I will decide the winner on the basis of activity and vms. If both are equally active/inactive, there will be a coinflip.

Special Rules...
Each player will play best of 3 battle against their opponents in each round.
One tier of the best of 3 will be the one you selected in the signups thread.
The second tier will be the one which is selected by your opponent in signups thread.
The third tier will be tie-breaker tier which will be voted on previous round.
Once a tier chosen cannot be changed again.

idk if i should post this in the r2 thread or the r3 thread, but it needs to be looked into so..

My opponent never responded to my VM, which I sent him within 24 hours of the second round being posted, yet he got activity despite showing no activity, willingness to schedule, or even a simple response to the VM. You should consider actually looking into activity of people in your tournament prior to handing out activity wins - you might as well call it "coin flip" or "picking my favorite person to win despite actual activity" if you're going to do it this way, not activity wins. Anyway, it's pretty obvious that him not responding all round doesn't warrant him the victory, but it gives me leverage with activity, so I am requesting that this decision is reversed.

Hello? All you had to do was to reply to the VM with times that worked for you once throughout the round. Randomly PMing someone on the server does nothing for your case as Forum scheduling and activity is monitored for Forum tournaments given the fact that anyone can idle on the server for hours and not get a PM (like I did). I don't know why you're asking if I was drunk or questioning me when you didn't respond once during the whole round and that's a clear activity win for me if you have any experienced tournament director in charge.

I'm busy today and sort of tomorrow, but I should obviously get an activity win because you NEVER responded. If you wanted to get this game done, you could have responded during the actual round, but you didn't once, so why should it get extended or you move on if you didn't make any effort to get it done when I contacted you first thing? Come on man, that makes no sense whatsoever.

 

Ok I talked with Raducan and it was my mistake, @Finchinator gets the activity win... @Finchinator vs @Carlmurray (BW2 OU, Inverted Battle, ORAS UU) is the new match... Sorry for the issues...​

Just saying, but we're 12 hours apart, so the time you asked for isn't the easiest for me to actually make, I've tried, but my sleep/work schedule just keeps me barely out of the later time you suggested of 11 PM your time. Since I keep waking up at noon, and going to check to see if you are still online, before going about my daily stuff. I mean if you can do something a little early morning your time (whether it be 7 AM, 8 AM your time) "today" it's the exact time just night here.
