I’m bored and forums are kinda dead so let’s do this: I present to you the official PO fruit tier list. S Tier: These are the royalty among fruits, gods of the fruit kingdom. If you don’t like these then there is no hope for you. Apple Mango Strawberry A+ Tier: These are significant members of the fruit community and although they aren’t as amazing as S Tier fruits, they taste great and can hold their own quite well. Grape Orange Pineapple Raspberry Watermelon A Tier: These are arguably a little worse than A+ tier fruits, and are a bit more acquired in taste. Most of them are decent though. Avocado Banana Kiwi Lemon Lychee Peaches Walnut A- Tier: Not as important or influential as the previously listed fruits; they’re kind of in the higher-middle class of the community. They’re decent in some selective dishes but generally have some major flaws which are a letdown. Blueberry Cherry Cantaloupe (Rockmelon) Cranberry Guava Lime B Tier: Middle-class members of the Fruit community; they are sub-standard and people will generally tend to avoid them unless they have no other choice. These fruits are sometimes used in preparations but usually with higher tier fruits for better taste, so won’t be that good of a pick up. Apricot Date Jackfruit Pear Plums Tangerine C Tier: Only people with weird taste will pick one of these as favorite. Cucumber Coconut Pomegranates Grapefruit F Tier: Wtf are these even fruits Fig Papaya Pumpkin Sapodilla Tomato If you wish to argue a fruit to feature on the list, or to move from its position to another place on the list, you are more than welcome to do so, however you must provide a reasoning for your suggestion!!!
I think Banana should be moved up to A+ tier. It overcentralises the fruit tier right now esp because of all the sexual innuendos it brings about. Plus banana splits are gr8 wtf is a Sapodilla Cucumber is a fruit o.O Cucumber is amazing why isn't it in A tier D:
I would like to move Tomato to A- Although not great on its own it provides much needed support to dishes of various cultures. Being the backbone needed for sauce based dishes and a light addition to bold foods.

I agree with Banana to A+. Not only is it very tasty when it's green (fuck old ones), but it also combines well with a lot of other food, such as chocolate.
if u rank durian f tier im not sure if ur eating the good one tho tbh its not easy to find good durian cuz its a seasonal fruit and needs to be imported from overseas depending on ur location. dont eat frozen durian thats indeed yucky. instead buy the fresh one from the market if it is available to u as it is much tastier and fresher. i'll rank it b tier despite it being delicious becuz of it does have a v pungent odour which may deter people from eating it and if u buy the fresh durian (as in with the shell), u have to pry it open with a knife in order to eat the fruit inside. careful of the thorns tho, try not to let it prick u. papaya is rly good too idk why its f tier, if anything its way underrated imo. sure u have to also cut it open to remove the seeds first but once cut into pieces it can be stored in a fridge for a while and still taste nice (imo it tastes better when chilled but pls not frozen). b rank. pineapples are great and compliment other non fruits such as pizza. they are easily accessible and can even be found it canned food so definitely accessibility is its main asset. however if u buy it as a fruit u have to cut away the thorns and the thorns somehow make ur skin feel itchy if u touch it. might drop it a subrank cuz of that why is walnut a fruit

Sorry, but I have strong reservations about your fruit tiering. I am going to actually respond in all earnest. S Tier: Apple - A- at best. It is nice for flavouring and useful for baking, but is one of the most boring fruit fruit you could possibly eat, as well as lacking in any important nutrients. Mango - A tier, unless Philippine mangoes are specified. Overrated. Strawberry - A+ tier. Hampered by the commonness of water-inflated tasteless varieties. A+ Tier: Grape - Agreed. Black grapes are superior #BlackPower Orange - Fine, possibly even S-Tier because without orange juice, there is no hope in the world. Pineapple - B Tier. Too acidic and leaves a funny taste in the mouth. Raspberry - A Tier. Generally useless for any purpose other than eating, or as jam. Watermelon - S-Tier. Bigger is better. A Tier: Avocado - F-Tier, literally what is this. Banana - A- or B Tier. It is absolutely dire as flavouring in anything except banana cake/bread and useless in cooking. Kiwi - Golden-flesh Kiwi is S-tier, normal Kiwi is F-tier, so maybe B Tier overall. Lemon - Fine. Lychee - Fine. Peaches - A+. Walnut - C Tier, why this is so high I cannot fathom. It does not fulfil any fruity functions. A- Tier: Blueberry - A tier, blueberries are great and healthy for you. Cherry - C tier. Black cherry ice cream works, practically everything else doesn't. Cantaloupe (Rockmelon) - B tier, eating too much is sickly. Cranberry - C tier. Pretty much an unnecessary fruit. Guava - Agreed. Lime - Agreed. B Tier: Apricot - A- Tier. Date - Agreed. Jackfruit - C-tier, literally useless. Pear - A tier, pear is great. Plums - Agreed. Tangerine - A+ tier, how is this so low? Tangerines are easy to bring around and great to eat. This presumably includes the Mandarin, and Mandarin Sorbet is literally the best thing in existence. C Tier: Cucumber - Agreed. Coconut - A+ Tier. You are wrong. Coconut milk is essential to some of the best dishes in existence, e.g. Thai Green Curry, Tom Kha Gai. Coconut frozen yoghurt is also great. As is coconut soup. And coconut shampoo. And coconut water. What prevents it from being S-tier is that desiccated coconut is shit, and eating coconut as it is isn't easy. Pomegranates - Maybe, or maybe B tier. Important for making Fesenjan. Grapefruit - Again, maybe or maybe B tier. F Tier: Fig - A tier. Figs are awesome, especially with Greek yoghurt, or cooked in Levantine dishes. Papaya - Agreed, papayas are insult to fruits. Pumpkin - Agreed. Sapodilla - Agreed. Tomato - Agreed, tomatoes are Satanic. ISIS is nothing compared to the threat that the tomato poses to the world. Also additions: Rose Apples to S Tier. Best fruit in existence. Rambutans to S Tier. Longan to S or A+ Tier. Passion Fruit to C or F Tier. Dragon Fruit and Starfruit are pretty, but they don't taste particularly great. That is all.
