    Landorus-T (M) @ Rocky Helmet
    Trait: Intimidate

    Impish Nature
    - Earthquake
    - U-turn
    - Knock Off
    - Stealth Rock

Landorus-T.Common Pokemon in ORAS OU tier nowadays.Which Can help us here for SR Hazard to enemy teams and can U-turn after SR.Rocky Helmet Deals a lot against many pokemon's which attack Lando-T and it have much defense so it can be OHKOed so we can heal it too.I Use it for SR and instant U-turning.EQ and knock off is for support.

    Heatran (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Flash Fire
    EVs: 192 HP / 124 SAtk / 192 SDef
    Calm Nature
    - Lava Plume
    - Earth Power
    - Taunt
    - Substitute

Fire Eater Heatran. The Rocking Star of my OU team.Which Helped me a lot on OU battles.Substitute + Taumt is a nice support.Taunt is for stopping those hazards and Stops Leech Seed of Ferro and Other Mega Venusaur's however we have Substitute to block it.Lava Plume have 30% chance to burn our opponent.Earth Power is nice against other Heatran's and other pokemon's.

    Venusaur (M) @ Venusaurite
    Trait: Overgrow
    EVs: 172 HP / 84 SAtk / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature
    - Giga Drain
    - Leech Seed
    - Sludge Bomb
    - Synthesis

Oh guys Please Welcome this and appreciate this guy. With Its Thick Fat it can Stop many SpA Charging pokemon's like Manaphy.Manaphy Ice Beam can even Damage 40% after a tail glow because of its thick fat.Leech Seed is for instant healing from opp pokes and synthesis is for healing support.Giga drain heals too and sludge bomb help us to deal fairies and other grass types and can have the chance of 30% to psn our opponent pokemon. It can remove Toxic Spikes from my team.

    Thundurus (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Prankster
    EVs: 104 HP / 76 Def / 76 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Bold Nature
    - Thunder Wave
    - Thunderbolt
    - Dark Pulse
    - Nasty Plot

All teams should need a offense. Here is my Offensive Poke Thundurus With Its ability Prankster. It can T wave and Charge itself by nasty plot and then kills my Opponent pokes.A nice check to many pokes in the OU tier.

    Clefable (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Unaware
    EVs: 208 HP / 48 SAtk / 252 SDef
    Calm Nature
    - Moonblast
    - Wish
    - Protect
    - Heal Bell

The most main pokemon in my team. The first aid supporter. As well as a Dragon,Fighting and dark checker Clefable. With its unaware ability it can stop Those Charging Opponents.Wish can heal my whole team and Heal bell supports me a lot to cure those Things like PARA , PSN , and other status problem.Protect helps me after i wish.if i wanna heal myslef.

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 160 HP / 32 Def / 64 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Bold Nature
    - Rapid Spin
    - Recover
    - Scald
    - Psyshock

Yes Starmie is here because of its rapid spin and some checks. My team is weak to Hazards like SR and Spikes which i wanna remove it and those fighting pokemons are great trouble to my team.So Psyshock is there to deal those things and Scald burns Pokes and kills the fire pokemon.Recover is my instant healing.Natural Cure cures my Starmie If it is on status problem.

    THREATS

    [IMG]Mega Charizard X

Mega Metagross ( SORRY I CANT FIND THE MEGA SPRITE OF MEGA METAGROSS)

MEGA CHARIZARD X : A great problem to my team after many Dragon Dances but Clefable can handle it.However Its Flare Blitz can kill Clefable if clefable is not on full health. So its a great problem to my team.

MEGA METAGROSS : Its back wtf.Its started to Rule ORAS OU Again. It can kill my pokes but my thundurus have a chance to kill it after it T-Waved.

THANK YOU GUYS.HOPE U GUYS LIKE MY RMT. - [SD]Frostic Storm.

I don't understand all your spreads. It seems like your evs are randomly customized so maybe explain to me what do they do ( if they're random then I'll post new spreads to be more adapted to the metagame)

Starmie can check Megagross unless it's Pursuit. If it lacks Eq/Hammer Arm then Heatran can check it.

Dark pulse is bad on Thundurud and you'ld better play Focus Blast/Hp Ice over it so it gets better

Sub taunt Heatran seems like useless. If you want a sub set that can effectively put more pressure on your opponent team, assuming you have rocks, try Sub Protect Lava Plume Torment. It's fun and can deal with chomp and stuff that tend to usually get in. Keep in mind it's kinda gimmick nowadays but I've played it and it works the same way it did in BW

Anyway, I hope you can explain your evs spread so I can help you more

Talked to him on server and tried fixing spreads

    Thundurus (M) @ Leftovers

    Trait: Prankster

    EVs: 136 HP / 120 SAtk / 252 Spd

    IVs: 0 Atk / 30 Def

    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

    - Thunder Wave

    - Nasty Plot

    - Thunderbolt

    - Hidden Power [Ice]

    Venusaur (F) @ Venusaurite

    Trait: Overgrow

    EVs: 248 HP / 160 Def / 100 Spd

    IVs: 0 Atk / 30 SAtk / 30 Spd

    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)

    - Giga Drain

    - Sludge Bomb

    - Hidden Power [Fire]

    - Synthesis

    Heatran (M) @ Leftovers

    Trait: Flash Fire

    EVs: 248 HP / 180 SDef / 80 Spd

    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

    - Substitute

    - Lava Plume

    - Protect

    - Torment

    Starmie @ Leftovers

    Trait: Natural Cure

    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 Spd

    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)

    - Scald

    - Reflect Type

    - Rapid Spin

    - Recover

    Landorus-T (M) @ Rocky Helmet

    Trait: Intimidate

    EVs: 252 HP / 244 Def / 12 Spd

    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)

    - U-turn

    - Stealth Rock

    - Earthquake

    - Stone Edge

    Clefable (M) @ Leftovers

    Trait: Unaware

    EVs: 252 HP / 84 Def / 172 SDef

    Calm Nature (+SDef, -Atk)

    - Wish

    - Protect

    - Moonblast

    - Heal Bell

Venusaur outspeeds 52 evs Rotom and Jolly azu, Heatran outspeeds 8 evs Rotoms, Thundurus is more bulky and can check more stuff
Rocky Lando-T allows you checking Charizard X. Clefable already counters Manaphy so I gave Venusaur a Bold nature so it checks better Bisharp and stuff like this. Gave Starmie Reflect type cause otherwise you get smashed by Bisharp, that way you can always try to scald burn

It's been a while since I came across a Mega Venusaur team.

If I had to suggest something I'd recommend updating Starmie's set to one with 226 speed EV's with a timid nature so as to outspeed Naive nature Thundurus.
This is the set I'd recommend -

    Starmie @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 160 HP / 32 Def / 92 SAtk / 224 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Rapid Spin
    - Scald
    - Recover
    - Psyshock

(I'd have gone for an even bulkier set, personally; but nvm, that's my personal preference.)
Unless the 64 Satk EV's you use have been implemented for a specific reason, I'd recommend testing out a set with 248 HP EV's for a set duration to figure out if it works any better.

    I'd also suggest updating Venusaur's EV's to a spread of - 168 HP / 84 SAtk / 240 SDef / 16 Spd .
This ensures you always outrun adamant belly drum Azumarill and 168 HP EV's keeps your EV's from being divisible by 8 which ensures an additional switch into SR.

    Lastly, for this fat blob
    (->) [IMG]

    Change it's EV spread to - 252 HP / 184 Def / 72 SDef

This allows fatso to avoid the 2hko from Belly Drum Azumarill's Play Rough and allows you to beat it 1v1 with ease. You do have Mega Venu on your team, but you may wanna have a secondary check to Bellymarill since your Megasaur is specially defensive and lacks full EVs on it's HP.

Also, upload an importable. For real.

    (EDIT)-
Why on earth are you running Lefties on Thundurus -_-? Change it to Life orb if you want a sweeper. Lefties is next to useless

Try a special sweeper set with Tbolt and HP ice/Focus blast, or a stallbreaker set with Superpower. You could try expert belt over LO while running HP ice over Focus blast if you hate recoil. Twave would be a good move to help revenge kill Zard X so I'd suggest keep it.
