FIrst got this error with some weird code, then some hours later got 502'd.
Yeah this was reported earlier. Webclient is now back online and functional, and we shouldn't get any more CloudFlare issues for the time being.
and down it goes again
Worked just fine for me when I tried. Maybe it's just temporal crashes.
Yet-unresolved again. We got sorta stuck with it not loading.
At this point all I can say is that Webclient has a very unstable connectivity, right now it's not loading for me. Perhaps Coyo can find a solution to this if contacted...
Hmm. It seems to be down again. It loads enough that I can open the teambuilder and such, but it doesn't seem to actually connect to the server. I'll see if I can find out what the issue is.
Kinda off-topic but for the webclient can you literally only connect to beta, whenever i try to connect to another server, I get an error.
I wish I could answer that question currently, but webclient doesn't want to work for me lol
I've forwarded the question on to the devs, as well as my concerns about webclient not working for me, so we'll see what happens.
--- Post updated ---
@Binix - Whoever is hosting the server needs to run the RelayStation.exe application found in their PO folder. This should then allow the webclient to connect to it.
I imagine this needs to be done every time the server is put online.
Thanks to RiceKirby and Strudels for this answer.
The Webclient appears to be working again.
Do people still work on webclient?
If so when 7th gens abilities activate they do not show up in chat. Terrains stamina etc
It's a known issue. So you should probably sit back and relax.
Hence why I was asking if there are still people working on the webclient
Ye, Coyo is. The webclient had a minor update a few days ago. Hopefully the next update solves the issue.
gonna tag you here @Professor Oak
Ok so thye whole relaystation.exe step isn't working are you required to do something else after it starts up? :o
I did this with my server and it is still blocking off webclient connections and saying: "Could not connect to the server. It could be offline, the address could be invalid, or you might have trouble connecting.
You will be taken back to the list of servers."
Another friend of mine has the exact same issue stating "I tried it, it gave me an error and closed. You can see if it works now. But I doubt it."
It didn't work.
So yeah, I'm thinking there may be an extra step or something, but I'm gonna leave a screenshot attached to this post, thanks for the help.
@Binix - I've forwarded a link to the post onto the devs, I can't really do more than that.
Yeah ik, just wanted you to tell the devs about it, thanks :p
Open port 10508
Actually I'm sure webby isn't down, just a server issue, but I can't log in. Also, from what I've seen yesterday, I'm pretty sure we have again this issue where webby has limited connection quota and that everyone using webby is somehow treated as the same alt. Which would mean I'll get indirectly banned when some evil webby user posts weird stuff. :(
This happened also for the last server, but it got solved (I had some discussion about this, idr with coyo or struds or someone else), just hasn't been reapplied on the new server.
issue has been fixed
But now it's actually down...
I can't connect either right now. It seems to be acting the same way that it did the last time it was down, so it might be the same issue from last time.
The webclient is back up now.
Webby back down.
