    Mechanics Error Battle-server wise.

When did you first notice the bug?:Today
Have you been able to reproduce the bug?: yes.

Information (include relevant logs, replays, screenshots):

Encore should fail against a Pokemon that previously used a Z-attacking move. However, this is not the case on our sim.

(If applicable) Sources to confirm the presence of a bug (ex. Smogon):

Smogon Data thread also confirmed this in game.

Also, pls note that, if in that picture Gyarados used Z-splash with Normalium Z, it can be encored into Splash, bc the Encore blocking effect is Z-attacking move only, not including Z-status move. (So rn Z-status move is working correctly on our sim.)

Updated one more related bug concerning Encore and Z-baton pass.
When encored into a different move other than baton pass, the encored pokemon can use Z-baton pass to successfully pass out to the next mon. (this is correct on our sim)

However, if the encore turn timer is not 0, the Encore effect should stay.
http://imgur.com/a/3VVVG showing our sim is bugged.

In this way, if the passed pokemon have the same move as the encored move, it will be locked into it.
    http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/gen7anythinggoes-542822243

However, if the passed pokemon does not have the encored move, it will still only be able to use the encored move, and it will show "But there was no PP left for the move!"

Be sure to not break this fixed bug, i.e. we are only talking about an already encored pokemon use z baton-pass to bypass the encore effect to pass out, not talking about encore on the turn of switch.

These are supported by in game test.

Smogon People must be drunk when they did the test, as VP got the opposite result (freely to choose any move.)

Also, what happens if you have a Choice item and use a hacked ZMove?

Edit: Was able to test these. Evoboost can't be encored and hacked ZMoves get choice locked.

Edit2: Fixed encore on the zmoves, trying to figure out how to fix the baton pass part.
