Remove Cosmog/Cosmoem from CC

    In non-Hackmon tiers, Cosmog and Cosmoem are practically unable to deal any damage to the opponent (some possible but highly impractical ways are with Rocky Helmet, if hit by Pain Split or with Struggle, which very rarely will actually work).
    It can't even be helpful as a suport by crippling the opponents (not even with Z-Moves), so I see absolutely no reason to have those in this tier.

    It's especially bad in CC 1v1, where it's an automatic loss!
