    Mechanics Bug Battle-Server-wise

Spotted today because of new in game tests from Smogon data miners.

Information (include relevant logs, replays, screenshots)
In gen 7, there is a newly introduced mechanic about Choice-locked Pokemon.

To clarify this, let me fully describe the situations for you:

Normally for a choice locked user, you still can't actually select another move for use unless your item is being ignored. (So no turn stalling without using a move)

When there is some item ignoring effect, it would be better explained with an example.

Pokemon A has a Choice item.
    - Pokemon A uses Move A.
    - Pokemon B uses Embargo on Pokemon A / Summon Magic Room.
    - Pokemon A uses Move B, and will work fine.
This turn, it will be announced that Pokemon A uses move B, but fails, and no PP is deducted, no struggle or anything. Smogon testers must be drunk when they test this specific part.
    - Pokemon B tricked leftovers to Pokemon A.
    bluh bluh in betweeen
    - Embargo/ Magic Room ends
    - Pokemon A's leftovers (or w/e item it obtained) still locks it to Move A.

If you're locked into move A, then are tricked leftovers (or any item) under magic room, the choice items are not in effect so your locked status will remain. When magic room ends, you will still be locked into move A while holding leftovers. The game actually displays the text "The leftovers prevent the use of another move!".

In conclusion, Choice items now give the holder some status of locking into a move, and the only way to get rid of this status is to A) switch out B)Tricked away or knocked off when no magic room/embargo in effect. Tricked away or knocked off when magic room/embargo happens would not remove this status; Dancer Ability, Magic room, and embargo all does not remove this status, and would display this pokemon uses another move but fails, no PP loss.

(This is gen 7 specific, since in previous gen when your Choice item ignored by Embargo, Magic Room etc, and tricked away or knocked off the choice item when magic room/embargo in effect, it would allow you to use other moves successfully.)
