Introduction

Part 3 of the RBY OU Supreme tournament series arrives. This year's prize pool is lowered to a €30 total of amazon gift card prizes (1st place: €15, 2nd place: €10, 3rd place: €5) because I blew most of the budget on the art to reflect the likely size of the tournament.

RBY OU Format:

Banned Pokémon
Mew, Mewtwo.
Banned Moves
Double Team, Fissure, Guillotine, Horn Drill, Minimize (Evasion + OHKO moves).
Clauses
Freeze Clause, Sleep Clause, Species Clause.

Tournament Format:

First to 2 wins (bo3 excluding ties) for all rounds preceding quarter-finals.
First to 3 wins (bo5 excluding ties) in quarterfinals and subsequent rounds.
Single Elimination with 3rd place playoff.
No seeding (random).
Substitution period in Round 1.
