The idea of this team is simple. Wear off the opponent, and baton pass a swords dance to marowak/skarmory/swampert/donphan. SD Skarmory is like normal skarmory, but more threatening.

Marowak has some sp. def to resist Raikou's non boosted HP among other things, and well Celebi is going to baton pass a lot. Leech seed is also here to help marowak / other baton passed pokémons to recover. Swampert is just meant to be an annoying pokémon.

Whenever there is a threat (like metagross), switch to Skarmory or Blissey, or Celebi/Swampert if the threat can be countered by them.

Swampert could get EQ instead of focus punch or blizzard. Marowak can be replaced by Salamence to be a better receiver, but I don't like salamence.

Now I am no expert on gen 3 so excuse any stupid errors please. I might suggest Substitute on Celebi so it can get the recipients in easier and with taunt only being 2 turns in gen 3 it is far less of a worry if you use it over psychic. I would Use Mence personally over Marowak because with only attack being passed you will need something with a decent speed stat so it doesn't just die to random attacks from faster Pokemon like Milotic, another think with Marowak it is crucially out-sped by standard Weezing meaning a WoW will just end Marowak's usefulness in one move. Hope I helped ;p

Some small changes that might help.
Skarmory, Whirlwind > Roar. Hits things with soundproof like exploud and electrode.
Blissey, 252hp, 252def 4 spdef and bold nature. Already takes special hits good enough, needs help taking physical hits.
    Marowak, Earthquake instead of bonemerang.
Swampert, Well I don't really understand your swampert, sorry. Maybe cursepert?

    Seems you don't know 3rd gen :(

Skarmory, Whirlwind > Roar. Hits things with soundproof like exploud and electrode. <- Whirlwind + Drill Peck is illegal

Marowak, Earthquake instead of bonemerang. <- Actually breaking subs is more useful in 3rd gen, so bonemerang is worth it, but EQ is OK too.

Has the 90% accuracy on Bonemerang ever pissed you off? i remember losing 2 games because of it, in a row...

Bonemerang is by far a better option even with the not perfect accuracy, it will not miss too many times and the double hit can be very helpfull sometimes. As for blissey you really want to let her have max defense, ice beam>blizzard on pert and why give impish to marowak? You should try adamant to get more damage. Oh and one last thing, you actually got too many Resters, and other pokemons will enjoy set upping while you sleep, but i guess it isnt that big of a deal. Hope this helped Boss.

Actually i was thinking of putting rest to marowak instead of swords dance, after testing the team. Ice beam over blizzard is good sometimes, but it depends of the situation, blizzard can get a surprise kill. 3rd gen is just different from 4th gen. If there's a pokemon setting up, they'll only get one set up, and it's not a big deal, really.

And this isn't a RMT by the way.

This team needs a lot of work. Besides these pokemon flat out not working especially well together for multiple reasons (three ice weaknesses, no special attacker to speak of, vulnerabilities to several popular pokemon) the movesets are also quite flawed. Blizzard on Swampert for example is almost always incorrect. You want Ice Beam in that spot. Thunder Wave on Blissey is just flat out bad and you want something else, probably Ice Beam again, and Blissey should ALWAYS be Bold. It's the same deal with special defense EVs on Skarmory. He is a physical tank. Let him do his job and let Blissey do hers. You want maximum HP EVs on Skarm and several in defense with none whatsoever in special defense. As an in general you're simply not putting enough HP EVs into your pokemon. This pattern repeats itself across the board. You're trying to make them too balanced which is a trap many newer players or players less experienced with EVs fall into and it ends up hurting the pokemon in the bigger picture. It is important to understand where a pokemon shines and where a pokemon is vulnerable and then to build on strength, not on weakness, as an in general. EVs should also NEVER be random and the numbers should be calculated exactly with a specific purpose. I won't go into the entire list of popular pokemon that gives this team fits but there are A LOT of them. Blissey is working beyond overtime and when she dies your team is extremely vulnerable to special attacks and mixed sweepers give you problems as well. Hidden Power Grass Blaziken for example would be absolutely insane against you and you have potential to lose to it by itself.

sdef evs on skarm are actually very beneficial if you consider what skarm sets up on/sees most often in a battle. you are probably going to be trying to set up on things like metagross/swampert (which can both 3hko you easily if you have no sdef given the popularity of moves like thunderpunch and hydro pump) snorlax (which can easily 2hko you with no sdef) etc. it will be switching into nve moves or immunities generally speaking. it doesn't really need that many defense evs to wall say dodrio or tauros, or heracross megahorns/rock slides, and you shouldn't be trying to wall aerodactyl/tyranitars rock slides since 1 flinch will end you no matter what. so yeah. sdef evs can help you with setting up on nonsense like celebi and some jirachis too. but always maximize skarmory's hp because it's pretty pathetic. and always go bold on blissey so you don't get 2hkod by dugtrio and because there are no giant stabbed draco meteors to wall in rse.
