I found this when I was laddering today.

    Start of turn 18
    Lugia used Reflect!
    Reflect raised Mattster's team defense!

The foe's Zekuromu used Dragon Tail!
Lugia lost 45 HP! (10% of its health)
    Latias is hurt by spikes!
    Latias was poisoned!
    Latias was dragged out!

I tried to recreate the bug with first Zekrom DTail, and various other phazers with moves:
    Start of turn 8
    Groudon used Stone Edge!
The foe's Zekuromu lost 23% of its health!

The foe's Zekuromu used Dragon Tail!
Groudon lost 109 HP! (26% of its health)
    Latias is hurt by spikes!
    Latias was poisoned!
    Latias was dragged out!

    ----

    Start of turn 19
    Lugia used Recover!
    Lugia regained health!

    The foe's Skarmory used Whirlwind!
    Latias was dragged out!

    ---

    Start of turn 25
    Lugia used Recover!
    But it failed!

    The foe's Kyogre used Roar!
    Latias was dragged out!

    ---

    Start of turn 33
    Chansey used Wish!

The foe's Groudon used Dragon Tail!
Chansey lost 79 HP! (11% of its health)
    Latias was dragged out!

Apparently it's just when it's DTail Zekrom and Latias.
Lugia was not affected, so I just made the assumption it's Latias, but I didn't have a chance to test Latios.

It's possible that the Pokémon was Zoroark during Latias illusion; when Lugia/Latias/Zekrom were not affected, they were really called on field, when not, it was Zoroark imitating them.

I think it's Zekrom ability. Acts like moldbreaker.

"Teravolt negates the effects of abilities that weaken or negate moves or the side-effects of moves."

I'd have thought Mold Breaker only worked directly - it's probably a bug. Someone should test this in-game.

It's probably DTail that cancels Latias' levitate as Zekrom is technically attacking.

That bug was fixed though because of another bug, but it may happen in the future with Sleep Talk + Dtail zekrom. Keep an eye open for when the server is updated to see if thats the case.
