    Hey all,
Well from the title you can obviously tell this is my first team, and it's rather bland. It's been okay-ishly successful, but I'd like butchering/criticism/any help possible. Thanks.

    Importable:
    Ambipom (M) @ Flight Gem
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Acrobatics
    - Fake Out
    - Pursuit
    - Low Sweep

    Cloyster (M) @ White Herb
    Trait: Skill Link
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Shell Smash
    - Hydro Pump
    - Icicle Spear
    - Rapid Spin

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Thunder Wave
    - Seismic Toss
    - Softboiled
    - Heal Bell

    Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Destiny Bond
    - Shadow Ball
    - Clear Smog
    - Toxic

    Excadrill (M) @ Air Balloon
    Trait: Sand Rush
    EVs: 152 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 100 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - X-Scissor

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 148 SAtk / 100 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Crunch
    - Stealth Rock
    - Ice Beam
    - Fire Blast[/HIDE]

    Ambipom (M) @ Flight Gem
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Acrobatics
    - Fake Out
    - Pursuit
    - Low Sweep/Low Kick

My sexy lead, and moveset that I haven't seen anyone else use. Fake Out is for the free damage/sash break, Pursuit is for the predicted switch-outs (that makes a lot of people ragequit), Acrobatics + Flying Gem + Technician = 247.5 base damage. Bossly. And Low Sweep/Low Kick is for whatever is weak to it. Low Kick can OHKO T-tar, Low Sweep can't, but Low Sweep seems more useful. Opinions?

    Cloyster (M) @ White Herb
    Trait: Skill Link
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature (+SDef, -SAtk)
    - Shell Smash
    - Hydro Pump
    - Icicle Spear
    - Rapid Spin/Rock Blast

We all know how annoying this guy can be once he's Shell Smash'd. Skill Link provides a 5x'r on Icicle Spear almost every time. Rapid Spin is to protect my team, but Rock Blast can get rid of other Ice types(mainly Cloysters). Hydro Pump is for what Icicle Spear wouldn't hurt. And Shell Smash.. well that's obvious. I like the Careful Nature to help insure the first Shell Smash, because Cloyster's SDef sucks ballsack.

    Blissey (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Natural Cure
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
    Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
    - Thunder Wave
    - Seismic Toss
    - Softboiled
    - Heal Bell

Blisey, Blissey, how much you save me so. Blissey pwns pretty much everything. Thunder Wave is to slow stuff down. Seismic is for damaging consistently (cept' Ghost). I feel that Softboiled is better for TW/Seismic, instead of Wish/Protect, plus it frees up a move. And Heal Bell is to keep my team healthy. Toxic Orb Flings from Gliscor are very common in OU.

    Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Destiny Bond
    - Shadow Ball
    - Clear Smog
    - Toxic

I've been a Gengar fan since Leaf Green (my first Pokemon game), so I decided "I need a Special Attacker/annoyer, I'll choice you Gengar". He acts as a suicide bomb if I'm facing something that's really annoying, and can be a sexy sweeper too, with Shadow Ball STAb. Clear Smog is to punch Sweepers/Baton Pass Teams in their faic, and Toxic is for the annoying-ness.

    Excadrill(M) @ Air Balloon
    Trait: Sand Rush
    EVs: 152 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def / 100 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Swords Dance
    - Earthquake
    - Rock Slide
    - X-Scissor

"LOLNOOB". Yaaa I know. But he's a hoe. Big hoe. Once he's in SS and has a Swords Dance up, you're f'd. Earthquake Stab for pwn'age, Rock Slide for more pwn'age, X-Scissor to be able to almost hit everything with neutral/super effective damage, and the EV's for a good ammount of bulk, and to outspeed almost everything scarfed as well. Aw ya.

    Tyranitar (M) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 252 HP / 148 SAtk / 100 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
    - Crunch
    - Stealth Rock
    - Ice Beam
    - Fire Blast

This guy starts everything up for the mole above him. I chose a mixed sweeper because I felt Ferrothorn was being a threat, so Fire Blast hurts, bad. Ice Beam for the sole purpose that it hurts almost everything, stealth rocks for entry hazards, and the infamous crunch T-tar STAB. Sassy for bulk, and EV's for Bulk.

Ambipom, I think it would be better off with this set, not only does it hit harder with all the other moves, it provides alot better coverage.
    Ambipom (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Technician
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Fake Out
    - Pursuit
    - Low Sweep
    - Double Hit[/HIDE]
This set of cloyster provides stronger hits.
    Cloyster (M) @ White Herb
    Trait: Skill Link
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
    - Shell Smash
    - Rock Blast
    - Razor Shell
    - Icicle Spear
    [/HIDE]
The classic SubSplit set is more efficent then the Support set.
    Gengar (M) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Levitate
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
    - Pain Split
    - Shadow Ball
    - Focus Blast
    - Substitute
    [/HIDE]
Excadrill is to frail to have any bulk....
    Excadrill (F) @ Life Orb
    Trait: Sand Rush
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
    Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
    - Rock Slide
    - Frustration
    - Earthquake

    [/HIDE]
Leftover numbers and more efficient bulk.
    Tyranitar (F) @ Leftovers
    Trait: Sand Stream
    EVs: 240 HP / 96 SAtk / 172 SDef
    Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)

Cloyster, in any case, doesn't want a +Sp Def nature at all anyways--it's just a waste since its Sp. Def is so low, it'll probably be OHKOd anyways.
I'm guessing Gengar is your only way of taking out Breloom? Because as it is Breloom (Conkeldurr too) will just rip through your team with pretty much Mach Punch alone.

I agree with Nightshift's suggestion of switching to Subsplit Gengar or even SubDisable Gengar along with his Excadrill and Tyranitar but I would replace Pursuit with Ice beam to allow you to Surprise and OHKO Gliscors and allow your excadrill to sweep better.

I would suggest replacing cloyster who does nothing for this team with Gliscor who allows you to beat Conkledurrs and Brelooms.

    Gliscor (M) @ Toxic Orb
    Trait: Poison Heal
    EVs: 252 HP / 200 Def / 56 Spd
    Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
    - Fling
    - Protect
    - Earthquake
    - Acrobat [/HIDE]

    Good luck :)
